Shipping
Every US order ships flat rate for $9.95 by USPS Priority and arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Heavy items such as the weathering steel trough and the cast stone bowl are double-boxed; long-handled tools ship in a rigid tube.
You will receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.
Returns
Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be in resalable condition with any sheath, saucer, bracket or spool included. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. Refunds are sent by bank transfer within five business days of the item arriving back.
If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within seven days and we will replace it or refund it without needing the item returned.
